After perfecting the vegan mac and cheese, I just had to try Vegan Hamburger Helper. I used half a wedge each of daiya’s cheddar and havarti, 1/4 cup earth balance, 1/4 cup tofutti sour cream and some spices for the sauce and added in some of Yves Ground ‘Beef’. Holy smokes, my non-vegan boyfriend and I both went back for seconds!! I suggest you make it at once!!
(FYI the recipe makes quite a lot, maybe 7-9 bowls? It is not a healthy meal, quite obviously, but a good replacement for real hamburger helper and great for filling a craving for comfort food!)
